By downloading, installing, or using the CineConcerts app ("App") and its associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Services.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Service
CineConcerts is a film music concert app that provides:
- Event discovery — Find concerts, live performances, and film music events near you
- Streaming — Watch video content and listen to radio streams
- E-commerce — Purchase tickets, merchandise, and digital products
- Personalization — Save favorites, receive notifications, and access AI-powered musical insights
- Immersive experiences — 360° listening environments and composer playlists
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You may sign in with Apple or Google. When you do, we receive the information those services provide (e.g., name, email, profile photo). Your use of third-party sign-in is subject to their respective terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission
- Share content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual Property
CineConcerts and its licensors own all rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our written permission. Film titles, composer names, and musical works are the property of their respective rights holders.
Purchases and Payments
Purchases of tickets, merchandise, and digital products are processed through Shopify. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide accurate payment and shipping information
- Pay all applicable fees, including taxes
- Comply with Shopify's terms of service
Refunds and returns are governed by our refund policy and applicable law. For order issues, contact support@cineconcerts.com.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Vimeo, Spotify, Algolia, BlockadeLabs). Your use of those features is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
Links to external sites or services do not imply endorsement. You access them at your own risk.
AI-Generated Content
The App may include AI-generated content such as musical insights, film analysis, and immersive environments. This content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice. You use it at your own discretion.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Event dates, venues, and availability may change; always verify with the event organizer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineConcerts and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. You may also request account deletion through the App's Privacy Center.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
